What does the 14-day trial include?
Full access to every module, nothing held back: quotes, jobs, scheduling, the tech app, maintenance contracts, purchasing, reports and the rest. We do not ask for a credit card to start, and your data is kept in case you decide to carry on.
Is the price per tech, per user or per company?
We set the rate against the size of your operation rather than a rigid list price. After the trial we talk through how many users and techs you actually have and put together a plan that fits. A small business does not pay what a large one pays.
Can I migrate my data from spreadsheets or my current system?
Yes. Fokusa imports customers, contacts and your price list from spreadsheets, and AI helps tidy messy data and spot duplicate customers before they are loaded. You are not starting from zero.
Is there a lock-in period, or can I change my mind?
No lock-in and no tie-up contracts. You can cancel whenever you like. The trial exists precisely so you can decide at your own pace, using the system on your real data.
How does support work?
We help you get going: setting up your company, loading your customers and your price list, and getting your team operating. Support understands service businesses, not just software.
Is my data safe, and separated from other companies?
Every company’s data is isolated from everyone else’s — enforced in the database itself, not just in the application. On top of that there is role-based access control and a full audit trail of who did what, and privacy obligations were part of the design rather than bolted on later.
Does the tech app work with no internet on site?
Yes. The mobile app keeps working on a bad connection: the tech sees the day’s schedule, records progress, takes photos and closes jobs, and it all syncs by itself once coverage returns. Available for Android and iOS.
Does Fokusa handle GST and invoicing?
Fokusa produces your quotes and invoices with the numbering and the tax settings of your country (GST in New Zealand, IVA in Chile) so your collections are in order. Direct integration with accounting systems and eInvoicing is on the roadmap.
